RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY does not issue refunds, store credit or exchanges on Custom and Made To Order items as they are handmade from scratch for you and are final sale. 

YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY offers 10 day return & full refund policy for all Ready To Ship items ordered in Canada. If for some reason the items you received are not what you expected we will accept a return, exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving the item(s) if unworn. This only applies to original Ready To Ship pieces (item has not been sized or adjusted to you in any way) shipped within Canada. We don't offer returns/refunds to orders shipped outside Canada.

For all INTERNATIONAL orders, we offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your item(s) if unworn, less shipping cost. We do not issue refunds on international orders.

To initiate a return, please email info@yuliyachornajewellery.com. Please note that return shipping cost will be customer's responsibility. YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY will not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages. We can facilitate providing insured return label. Items must be in their original packaging and in clean, unworn condition. Refund, exchange or store credit will be issued once the piece is returned to YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY and inspected. 

YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY does not offer refund, exchange or store credit if the item/s have been damaged, worn and poorly cared for after the purchase.

YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY does not offer refund, exchange or store credit if item was custom sized to fit to you prior to shipping. If you are not sure of the size, email us to get help. 

All SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.

SIZING

We encourage all clients to get sized by a professional jeweller before purchasing rings online and to specify their correct size during the order. Please choose the correct size from the drop down menu in the product listing  description page or specify your size in the comments message box during check out.

If you are not sure about the correct size visit your local jeweller to get professionally sized. Or you can email us at info@yuliyachornajewellery.com and we'll help you make the right decision before placing your order.

We offer one time complimentary ring sizing to fit a ring to you prior to shipping. If ring purchase is a surprise and the ring needs to be adjusted later, we offer complementary one time sizing within the first 6 months of purchase. Clients are responsible for shipping item/s back to our studio.

Additional fees will apply to any adjustments after 6 months from the time of purchase or multiple adjustments within the same period of time.

For All International Clients

If your ring needs adjustment after purchase we suggest using your local jewelry store for sizing for convenience. Note that we can not be responsible for any damages that may occur during sizing outside our studio. If you prefer for us to do the sizing it will be complimentary. But it will be client's responsibility to cover all shipping and possible duty costs while shipping to and from our studio.

WARRANTY & INSURANCE

We stand by our products and want to make sure each customer has the best possible experience. YULIYA CHORNA JEWELLERY warrants all products within first 6 month of purchase. 

We will replace any melee (2mm and smaller) stones within the first 6 months of purchase.

We can size or adjust pieces free of charge within the 6 months of purchase. Customer will be responsible for extra shipping costs to (and from, if you are international) our Toronto studio.

Each listing description will indicate if the item comes with an appraisal (certificate of authenticity). If the item does not, we can provide it for additional cost of $60 CAD. We encourage you to use the appraisal to insure your precious piece with a third party or private insurance company. We don't insure loss, theft, daily wear and tear and possible chipping of stones. Any stone, even diamond, can be chipped during an accident or a powerful hit against a tough surface.

TAXES & DUTIES

We charge Canadian provincial sales tax on orders placed within Canada.

Any duties & local taxes charged at customs during international order clearance will be customer's responsibility.
