- Returns

Custom & Made To Order orders

Because each piece is handmade from scratch for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on any Customized or Made To Order pieces and all items are final sale.

We offer first time complimentary ring sizing within the first 6 months of purchase. If multiple adjustments are needed within that period due to weather change, body changes or damage from wear and tear, charges will apply.
 
Regular Orders
 

If for some reason you are not happy with your online purchase we can offer you an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. This only applies to original Ready To Ship pieces (item/s have not been sized or adjusted to you in any way) and Canadian orders. We don't offer returns or exchanges to orders shipped outside Canada. Email us to get the return label and invoice for the cost of shipping the piece/s back. You may then ship the item/s back to us in it's original packaging, in clean unworn condition. Once we receive the piece/s we will issue the exchange or store credit. You can also do this in person if you are local.

We don't offer returns on pieces that have been custom sized to fit to you from our Ready To Ship collection. A lot of our items are one of a kind, featuring rare stones, and continued sizing would compromise longevity of the piece. If you are not sure of the size or length of chain, email us to get help. 

No exchanges will be issued if the piece/s have been damaged, worn and poorly cared for after the purchase.

- Sizing

Please choose the correct size from the drop down menu in the product description page or specify your size in the comments message box during check out.

If you are not sure about the correct size, you can email us at info@yuliyachornajewellery.com and we'll help you make the right decision before placing your order.

We offer complimentary ring sizing within the first 6 months of purchase. 

Additional fees will apply to any adjustments after 6 months from the time of purchase or multiple adjustments within the same period of time.

For all international clients:

We suggest to use your local jewelry store for sizing for convenience. Note that we can not be responsible for any damages that may occur during sizing. If you prefer for us to do the sizing it will be complimentary. But it will be client's responsibility to cover all shipping and possible duty costs while shipping to and from our studio.

- Insurance

We stand by our products and want to make sure each customer has the best possible experience.

We will replace any melee (2mm and smaller) stones within the first 6 months of purchase.

We can size and adjust anything free of charge within the 6 months of purchase. Customer will be responsible for extra shipping costs to and from our studio.

Anything over $2000 CND will come with an appraisal from a trusted third party certified gemologist. We encourage you to use the appraisal to insure your precious piece with a third party. We don't cover loss or theft.
