Custom & Made To Order orders:
Custom and Made To Order items are handmade from scratch for you and are final sale. We encourage all clients to get sized by a local jeweller before purchasing rings and to specify their correct size during the order.
We offer 10 day return & full refund policy on Ready To Ship orders in Canada. If for some reason the items you received are not what you expected we will accept a return within 10 days of purchase if unworn, less shipping cost. This only applies to original Ready To Ship pieces (item has not been sized or adjusted to you in any way) shipped within Canada. We don't offer returns/refunds to orders shipped outside Canada.
For International orders we offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your items, less shipping cost.
The shipping cost is responsibility of the customer and we can not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages. You can email us for more info on best ways of shipping your items back to us. Items must be i their original packaging and in clean, unworn condition. Once we receive the piece/s we will issue the return & refund (for Canadian orders) or exchange & store credit. You can also do this in person if you are local.
We don't offer returns on pieces that have been custom sized to fit to you from our Ready To Ship collection. A lot of our items are one of a kind, featuring rare stones, and continued sizing would compromise longevity of the piece. If you are not sure of the size or length of chain, email us to get help.
No exchanges will be issued if the piece/s have been damaged, worn and poorly cared for after the purchase.

Please choose the correct size from the drop down menu in the product description page or specify your size in the comments message box during check out.
If you are not sure about the correct size visit your local jeweller to get professionally sized. Or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you make the right decision before placing your order.
We offer one time complimentary ring sizing to fit a ring to you prior to shipping. If ring purchase is a surprise and the ring needs to be adjusted later, we offer complementary one time sizing within the first 6 months of purchase. Clients are responsible for shipping item/s back to our studio.
Additional fees will apply to any adjustments after 6 months from the time of purchase or multiple adjustments within the same period of time.
For All International Clients
If your ring needs adjustment after purchase we suggest using your local jewelry store for sizing for convenience. Note that we can not be responsible for any damages that may occur during sizing outside our studio. If you prefer for us to do the sizing it will be complimentary. But it will be client's responsibility to cover all shipping and possible duty costs while shipping to and from our studio.
We stand by our products and want to make sure each customer has the best possible experience.
We will replace any melee (2mm and smaller) stones within the first 6 months of purchase.
We can size and adjust anything free of charge within the 6 months of purchase. Customer will be responsible for extra shipping costs to (and from, if you are international) our studio.
Most of our engagement rings will come with an appraisal from a trusted third party certified gemologist. We encourage you to use the appraisal to insure your precious piece with a third party or private insurance company. We don't insure loss, theft, daily wear and tear and possible chipping of stones. Any stone, even diamond, can be chipped during an accident or a powerful hit against a tough surface. We don't insure against these unforeseen circumstances as they are completely out of our control.
