- Making Online Purchase

We also accept payments via E-Transfer, PayPal, Square & Swipe. Email us so we can prepare your invoice.

Because each piece is handmade from scratch, items may be slightly different from one another. If you are not happy with your online purchase, please email us immediately so we can assess the reasons.

- Custom Orders

Email us at about your custom piece requirements. We work with clients on one on one bases at our Toronto studio if you are local, or via email and phone if you are not able to meet at our studio. Each step is carefully curated to your needs. We work very closely with you every step of the way, from sketches to production and final polish of the piece.

We don't accept returns or exchanges on any custom or special orders.

We offer re-sizing free of charge if the piece is created as a surprise for your partner and needs to be adjusted after it was presented.

- Return Policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges on any custom or special orders.

We don't offer returns on pieces that have been custom sized to fit. A lot of our items are one of a kind, featuring rare stones, and continued sizing/repairs would strain and damage the longevity of the piece. If you are not sure of the size, email us to get help on figuring out the best way to go about your purchase.   

The exchanges or returns on regular pieces are subject to each case. If for some reason your piece arrived damaged, we will accept the return/exchange. We would require a photo documenting the state of the piece after it's arrival. If agreed upon, you may ship the item/s back to us in it's original packaging, in pristine condition by prepaid, insured currier or mail. This must be done within 7 days of purchase.

No exchanges will be excepted if the piece/s have been damaged, worn and poorly cared for.

- Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada and USA through our website. If your piece needs to be shipped elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders over $250. That means we will ship your item/s to you via Canada Post Express, with signature requirement at delivery.

We do not cover the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified.

All of our shipping comes with a required signature at delivery.

International customers are responsible for all shipping duties and taxes.

- Sizing

Please choose the correct size from the drop down menu in the product description page or specify your size in the comments during check out.

If you are not sure about the correct size, you can email us at and we'll help you make the right decision before placing your order.

We offer complimentary ring sizing and chain adjustment on necklaces within the first 6 month of purchase. 

Additional fees will apply to any adjustments after 6 months from the time of purchase or multiple adjustments within the same period of time.

We offer re-sizing on rings for an additional $55-$85 if the piece needs to be sized down, and additional $60-195 if the piece needs to be sized up.
