Yuliya Chorna Jewellery does not issue refunds, store credit or exchanges on Custom and Made To Order items as they are handmade from scratch for you and are final sale. There is no refunds, store credit or exchanges on gem purchases (either through our shop online or a personalized custom service).
There is no refunds on items due to allergies. It’s clients responsibility to be aware of any skin sensitivities to gold. An exchange or store credit can be offered in this case.
*It is not uncommon for people to have skin allergies to gold alloys due to nickel or copper traces in all gold alloys. The higher the karat of gold the more pure gold is in the alloy, which reduces the risk of an allergy. Allergy reactions can range greatly from person to person. In this case we recommend at least an 18k gold setting or a custom made platinum setting (platinum is non-allergenic metal).*
Yuliya Chorna Jewellery offers 10 day return & exchange for store credit policy for all Ready To Ship items ordered in Canada. If for some reason the items you received are not what you expected we will accept the return, exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving the item(s). This only applies to original Ready To Ship pieces (item has not been sized or adjusted to you in any way) shipped within Canada. We don't offer returns/exchanges on orders shipped outside Canada.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com. Please note that return shipping cost will be customer's responsibility. Yuliya Chorna Jewellery will not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages. We can facilitate providing insured return label. Items must be in their original packaging and in clean, unworn condition. Refund, exchange or store credit will be issued once the piece is returned to Yuliya Chorna Jewellery and inspected.
We offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your item(s) if unworn, less shipping cost.
Yuliya Chorna Jewellery does not offer returns, exchange or store credit if the item/s have been damaged, worn and poorly cared for after the purchase.
Yuliya Chorna Jewellery does not offer refund, exchange or store credit if item was custom sized to fit to you prior to shipping. If you are not sure of the size, email us to get help.
All SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
TAXES & DUTIES
We charge Canadian provincial sales tax on orders placed within Canada.
Any duties & local taxes charged at customs during international order clearance will be customer's responsibility.
