Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit on all Sale items, International orders, Custom made items, Build Your Own rings, Made To Order items, individual loose gem orders, sized and/or adjusted items, items damaged by customer post purchase or due to unforeseen allergic reactions.
We offer a 10 day exchange or store credit policy for all Ready To Ship items ordered within Canada (sale items not included), minus return shipping. If for some reason the items you received are not what you expected we will accept a return for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving the item(s) if unworn. This only applies to original Ready To Ship pieces (item has not been sized or adjusted to you in any way) shipped within Canada.
We charge Canadian provincial sales tax on orders placed within Canada. Any duties, import fees & local taxes charged at customs during international order clearance are customer's responsibility.

Yuliya Chorna Jewellery warrants all products against manufacturing defects within the first 6 months of purchase. We will replace any melee (2mm and smaller) stones within the first 6 months of purchase. If there is visible damage to the piece (missing prongs, out of shape band etc. due to accident or poor care) we will replace stones and repair the piece at client’s cost. We offer one complimentary re-sizing within the first 3 months of purchase or prior to shipping. All other sizings will incur a small fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our Toronto studio. We offer pick-ups for all local clients. Centre stones are not under warranty. We don't warrant loss, theft, daily wear and tear of pieces and possible chipping of stones. We highly recommend that you insure your precious pieces with a third party insurance company or your home insurance.
Get your YCJ jewellery checked every 6-12 months to make sure your settings are secure. Schedule a check up with us at our Toronto studio and we'll make sure the treasure we made you is safe and sparkling like new. We provide appraisals with all Custom Made pieces and our Ready Made and One-Of-A-Kind pieces over $2000 CAD. If you need to get your Yuliya Chorna Jewellery piece appraised we can provide that service for an additional $100 CAD.
All Ready To Ship pieces ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Ring sizing takes up to 7 days before shipping.
Canadian orders ship with CanadaPost Express or FedEx Priority and take between 2-4 business days depending on the value fo your order and your location.
International orders ship with DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx Priority and take between 2-14 days depending on your location and border processing times. Note that we can't control any delays at the boarders. All international duties, import fees and taxes are client's responsibly.
We recommend delivering your precious jewellery to a place that you know it can arrive at safely. Adult signature will be required during delivery for pieces over $1000 CAD.
Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes due to insurance. If you are shipping to a PO box we will use Canada Post or DHL regardless of the value of your purchase and this will void insurance on shipping. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged pieces delivered to PO boxes.

No. All shipping fees are non refundable.
We offer one time complimentary ring sizing on all YCJ rings prior to shipping or within the first 3 months of purchase. Clients are responsible for cost of shipping their rings back to and from our studio for sizing. Additional sizing fees will apply to any adjustments after 3 months from the time of purchase or multiple adjustments within the same period of time.
We encourage all clients to get sized by a jeweller or at a local jewellery store before purchasing rings online.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. This will include tracking number which you can use to follow along at your order makes it’s way to you.
You cant not cancel your order after placing it. If you made a mistake or need to adjust your order after placing it, please email our team hello@yuliyachornajewellery.com with explanation and to get help.
