Shipping
Each ordered YCJ piece of jewellery comes in one of our beautiful branded jewellery boxes. All items for the order are safely packed in a recyclable mailer box or bio degradable bubble mailer.
You will receive tracking number as soon as your order is in the hands of the courier. Use it to follow along as your pieces make their way to you.
Ready To Ship orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your ring needs to be sized it will take up to 7 days before shipping.
Made To Order items take 1-6 weeks to create before shipping, depending on the piece.
WITHIN CANADA
Shipping within Canadian is complementary except Ring Sizer. All orders under $500 CAD ship with Canada Post or UPS with tracking. Delivery takes 2-4 business days from the time of drop off with courier.
All orders over $500 CAD ship with FedEx Priority with tracking, insurance and adult signature on delivery. Please account for that when putting in your delivery address. Delivery takes 2-3 business days from the time of drop off with courier.
Note that we can not be responsible for any unforeseen delays.
* Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes due to insurance. If you are shipping to a PO box we will use Canada Post or UPS regardless of the value of your purchase.*
INTERNATIONAL
All International orders under $1500 CAD ship with DHL Express with tracking and signature on delivery. All orders over $1500 CAD ship with FedEx Priority with tracking, insurance and adult signature on delivery. Please account for that when putting in your delivery address. Delivery takes 2-14 days depending on your location. All duties and taxes (including the newly implemented 25% tariffs to US) are customer's responsibility.
Please note that delivery may take longer during high seasons like major holidays and long weekends or to more remote destinations. We can not be responsible for any unforeseen delays.
